Croft has worked with Chris The King on several developments over the years. We have worked with the architect and the School development manager to help provide projects on time and to budget.
Collaborative work
The project was run as a traditional contract. However to get the project produced on time the design team had to work collaboratively, with an open mind to solve problems not create them. Croft fitted this style well; ensuring that the design was well detailed from the start prevented errors and being on hand to deal with site problems as they arose.
Recommendations are key
The team at Croft Structural + Civil must have been doing something right as the main contractor appointed us to design his own home.
