Historic Buildings
Croft undertook an initial structural assessment of the works which required a new stability frame at the rear, and designing new foundations to handle additional loads. The roof terrace and loft conversion necessitate reinforcing the roof structure.
years this building had been vacant causing significant damage and repair to take into consideration.
Shedding Light
Through meticulous renovation, the once rundown Victorian property has been completely transformed into a stunning contemporary space. An abundance of natural light streams through the new rooflights and large glass sliding doors, seamlessly integrating the different living areas, and providing stunning views to the garden. Now it truly does feel like home!
