Period property in Wimbledon
Croft worked with MG Architects on the renovation of this period property in Wimbledon including a single storey rear extension and loft addition.
Open Plan Living
Croft designed the structural elements for the renovation to the ground and loft space. This included the detailed steelwork design to support the first floor level creating an open plan kitchen dining area. A stability frame was provided to the rear to provide lateral support to the floors above. A substantial lightwell was placed in the new addition to create a bright open space along with full height sliding doors.
Specialist Knowledge
To complete this renovation the loft was extended to the rear with a new mansard roof design to maximise the loft space. Croft has specialist knowledge and understanding when it comes to period properties and it is for this reason our clients keep coming back.
