Steelwork repair
The property owners attention was drawn to the poor quality of the steelwork balcony and he was recommended to have a structural survey.
Survey and opening up works
Croft Structural & Civil completed an initial survey and advised further opening up works were required to determine the extend of the corrosion.
Repair solution
Once the level & damage was assessed, drawings and specifications were issued to allow for the repairs to the building. Since completing this project, we have undertaken several other renovation repairs along the same terrace.
