Croft worked closely with the Architect, Interior Designer and Client to maximise the potential of this small Mews renovation in Belgravia. The brief was to provide a structure to support high end finishes
Brand New Layout
The existing structure was in a fairly poor condition and the client wished to renovate the entire building, providing a new internal layout and inserting a basement underneath the property.
Holistic approach combining permanent and temporary works
Croft ensured that the building was strong enough by adding numerous repair and strengthening details including an internal stability steel structure . Croft also provided the temporary works design for the project to ensure that the proposed structure was constructed safely and that the structural integrity of the adjacent properties maintained.
