Basement addition
The refurbishment of a 3 storey Edwardian terraced property in Tooting. Croft was appointed by Advantage Basements to provide top quality consultancy services and oversee the project during the construction stage, including the design of additional steelwork.
Maximising natural light
The existing cellar was extended to span the full length of the property with lightwells to the front and rear of the property. Croft was asked to revise the design of the steelwork to accommodate additional changes and the removal of existing loadbearing walls to the ground and first floor levels.
Adding Value
This was another successful transformation with Advantage Basement in providing a better living environment for the client whilst adding considerable value to the property.
