1960's Upgrade
A 1960’s 6 storey office building next to the Underground Station, required a new fire engineering system to meet the most up to date regulations.
Commercial Upgrade
The works required structural alterations at various levels. Croft assessed the existing reinforced concrete framed structure and designed the structural works required for the new services.
New Service now compliant
The completed structural changes allowed for the successful installation of the services while also being discreet enough to minimise the spatial impact on the building.
