Croft carried out a design for a rear and side extension at lower ground floor lowering the lower ground floor level, including the front lightwell, with a spiral wine cellar at lower ground floor level.
Construction Sequence
Revit has been used to incorporate the structural design into the architectural layout to guarantee an effective collaboration between the different teams working on the project. Regular site visits and site meetings were carried out by Croft to supervise the work done on site. . Croft liaised with the Contractor to ensure that the construction sequence was fully taken into account and temporary beams and columns were appropriately sized to allow efficient construction procedures.
Party Wall Award
Further work was done to answer party wall surveyor queries. Croft provided design advice, details and calculations to allow party wall awards to be arranged.
