Remodelling of a period property
Croft worked with Award Winning Architect Oliver Leech on the radical remodelling of this Victorian terraced house in Camberwell. The house was stripped back to a shell, extended and internally rebuilt.
Designing with the future in mind
We achieved an open space at ground floor thanks to a stability frame designed to support the vertical and horizontal loads. This design took into consideration the client’s desire to build a loft in the future. The steelwork was placed on new mass concrete foundations.
