Croft has vast experience working on timber builds and are advocates of its sustainable qualities. This was a particularly exciting project as it combined many new technologies to meet with Passivhaus design principles, in providing a highly energy-efficient and sustainable home.
Creative Solutions
Our expert knowledge of ground conditions enabled us to determine the most cost effective solution in using the latest technologies. We used a new product FOAMGLAS®PERINSUL, an insulation that can be combined with brick to transfer the loads to the foundations.
